1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiji888 ("jiji888," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jiji888 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at jiji888.app and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on jiji888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jiji888 Platform.

jiji888 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jiji888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jiji888 does not permit gambling by persons under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jiji888, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the jiji888 Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

jiji888 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to jiji888's satisfaction.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of jiji888 services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jiji888 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Identity Verification (KYC): jiji888 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation.
• Account Ownership: Your jiji888 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to use your account.
• Account Currency: All jiji888 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

jiji888 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

4 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jiji888 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your jiji888 account and must not use the same password for other online services.
• You must not share your jiji888 login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify jiji888 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• You must log out of your jiji888 account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• You must not access your jiji888 account from unsecured public Wi-Fi networks without appropriate security measures.

jiji888 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jiji888 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jiji888 support immediately.

jiji888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All transactions and wagers placed using your jiji888 login credentials will be deemed to have been made by you, and you will be responsible for all such activity.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jiji888 Platform are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on jiji888 is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Accepted Payment Methods: jiji888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as Philippine-issued debit cards. jiji888 does not accept credit card gambling deposits in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jiji888 account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to process.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to fully verified accounts that have completed KYC requirements. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: jiji888 aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Anti-Money Laundering: jiji888 is required to comply with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Large or unusual transactions may be subject to additional verification and may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
• Currency: All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiji888 does not accept or process transactions in any cryptocurrency or foreign currency.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jiji888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses awarded by jiji888 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet the specific criteria set out in each promotion. jiji888 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your jiji888 account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate jiji888 bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Modification and Withdrawal: jiji888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the jiji888 Platform:

• Game Rules: Each game available on jiji888 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game on jiji888 has specified minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may vary by game, table, and player tier.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, jiji888 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to your account. jiji888's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection Policy: jiji888 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or device failure on your end. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection during gameplay.
• Game Results: All game results on jiji888 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as determined by the live dealer. jiji888 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with jiji888 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiji888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on jiji888, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the jiji888 Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the jiji888 Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, baccarat, or any other multiplayer game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the jiji888 Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to jiji888 immediately.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward jiji888 staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's jiji888 account without authorization.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Engaging in any activity that jiji888 reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its games.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jiji888 Platform, including but not limited to the jiji888 brand name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive intellectual property of jiji888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiji888 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jiji888 content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jiji888 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jiji888 software.
• Use any jiji888 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the jiji888 Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of jiji888 intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which jiji888 reserves all legal remedies.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiji888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jiji888 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or connectivity issues.
• Loss or corruption of account data.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the jiji888 Platform or any game.
• Any reliance on information or content provided on the jiji888 Platform.

jiji888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiji888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

jiji888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our obligations in this regard seriously.

jiji888 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jiji888 account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or automatic logouts after a specified period of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your jiji888 account for a period of 24 hours to six (6) weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jiji888 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

jiji888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a notification from PAGCOR or another regulatory authority.
• Any other reason that jiji888 determines, in its sole discretion, warrants account action.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, jiji888 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including any bonus funds and associated winnings. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, jiji888 will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your jiji888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

jiji888 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the jiji888 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jiji888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiji888 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. For non-material changes, jiji888 may update these Terms without prior notice.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the jiji888 Platform. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated. Your continued use of the jiji888 Platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jiji888, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jiji888 customer support. jiji888 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jiji888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
